The entire program lasts about three hours, so set aside a compatible period in your day.
The São Conrado region is very pleasant, safe, and one of the most beautiful in Rio, so come to enjoy the beach and walk around.
It is important to emphasize that our activity is dependent on appropriate weather conditions, therefore, be aware to postponement or rescheduling for climatic reasons. We recommend that you do not book the flight to the last day.

safety recommendation:
Hang Gliders are ideal for people weighing up to 75 to 80 kg.
Above that and up to 115 kg the Paraglider flight is better.
Follow the pilot's recommendations regarding the best equipment to fly on the day.
